When will my order ship?
Each piece is made to order just for you.
Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties or import fees depending on local regulations.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is made to order, we’re currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases.

How does the Everyday Bub Tee fit?
The Everyday Bub Tee has a classic relaxed fit.
For a more oversized fit, consider sizing up.

Both hats are adjustable for a flexible fit.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hank@hankowens.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- a brief description of the issue
We’ll review the issue and work toward a resolution.
